Het dagelijks bestuur van De Velse GGZ wordt gevormd door het managementteam, thans gevormd door Joost Mertens, psychiater – psychotherapeut, tevens geneesheer-directeur (juridische titel).
De Raad van Toezicht van De Velse GGZ bestaat uit: Ir. S. (Samer) Mansour, psychiater. Dr. M. (Marie-José) van Hoof, psychiater, psychotraumatherapeut, orthopedagoog. En Mr. C.G.C. (Carel) Quarles van Ufford (voorzitter).
